A note from lead singer and band leader, Atara:
Atara Ara started off as an anime cover band that I put together to audition for Anime Expo 2024. Spoiler, we didn’t get in. Fast forward a year — We’ve now done 7 shows, self-produced and released 4 original singles, gained over 1000 listeners, sold lots of merch, and actually got accepted to perform at Anime Expo 2025! None of this was possible without the people who believed in us from day one. The sheer workload and anxiety would have crushed my spirit long ago if not for that one person who came to see us live after finding our music on Instagram :)) Every one of you that is here reading this message play such a huge part in making this happen for us (more than you realize!). Thank you for being here! And I hope you’ll stick around.
